Ingredients

30 minutes
3 to 4 servings
  • 3 cupsboiled rice
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 2 tbspchopped garlic
  • 2 tbspchopped green chili
  • 1 tbspfresh coriander
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tbspspring onion

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boiled the rice.

    Then in a pan heat oil, add garlic and green chili and saute for a minute. Add salt and black pepper.

    Now add this tarka in rice mix well. Sprinkle spring onion and coriander Serve with shashlik and enjoy.
