Steps

Make a tight Dough using oil, water and ajwain.

For stuffing put all masalas into the mashed potatoes.

Take a small ball of dough and make medium size round Puri. Make sure it should be not thin not thick.

Put a small portion of potatoes on the Puri. Appy the water on the half edges and stick. Then press the border and give the shape like Ghughara

For rest use same procedure

Fry on medium heat. Make all same like this

Take a plate and place Ghughara. Little press in centre and garnish. Enjoy with spicy chutney
