  • 100 gmkhova
  • 1 cupfresh cream
  • 1lit milk
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • as required Elaichi powder
  • as required Dry fruits- cashews, almonds, pistachios
  • 1 tbspghee

    Roast Seviyan in ghee, for 10 min

  2. 2

    Add milk, reduce it to half

  3. 3

    Add sugar, khova, fresh cream cook for another 5 min

  4. 4

    Add cardamom powder and dry fruits

  5. 5

    Serve hot or cold
