Date tart with mango cream and fruits
Cooking Instructions

Firstly add dates and process until the mixture comes together into a dough. Then add 2 tbsp thandai powder. Mix it well.

Divide dough into 3 equal pieces. Press 1 piece evenly onto the bottom and up sides of each tart mould. Keep the Refrigerator for the set.

When tart is become set, remove from mould.

Further, make mango cream, add chopped mango and 1/4 cup whipping blend it well, and make a smooth paste.

Then pour mango cream upon on ready tarts and garnish with pomegranate and apple slices.

Keep the Refrigerator for 15 minutes and serve chilled and enjoy.
