  • 200 gflour
  • 40 gsugar
  • 11/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 80 gbutter
  • 30 gmilk
  • 80 gyogourt
  • 2 teaspoonsoil
  • 60 gdry fruits

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix flour. Baking powder and sugar and salt in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Cut the butter into 1 cm cubes.

  3. 3

    Mash the butter with flour in a bowl.

    Add oil, milk and yogurt in a bowl.
    Add dry fruits in it.

    Flattern out the dough
    and a make a circle.Cut it into 1/4.

    Preheat the oven at 190C. Bake the dough in the oven at 190 C for 25 minutes.
