Steps

Drain chicks peas and add Tarmarid sauce, salt and chilli flakes. You may not want add to chilli flakes as the samosa has its own spices

Add boiling water to chickpeas and cook until they are boiled/soften

Mash the chick peas (masher)

Very finely chop up cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, lettuce
- 5
Mix milk with yogurt to make yogurt more runny
- 6
Deep fry samosas and assemble as samosas, salad, yogurt, splash of Tarmarid sauce, chaat masala and coriander. (Optional green chutney)
