1 cupwhole wheat flour
1/4 cupghee/oil
1 cupmaida
1 tspsalt
1/4 tspajwain
1/4 tspkalonji
as required Oil for deep frying

Mix all the ingredients well.Add water and knead a semi hard dough.

Cover and leave for 15 minutes.

Roll into a thin roti.Cut into diamond shaped namakpare.

Fry on medium heat till golden.
5

Serve.Ideal tea time snack,enjoy with tea.
