Mango Lassi

Mangoes are a real treat during the summer, loved by kids and adults alike. There are so many fun ways to enjoy mangoes, and kids especially love trying different recipes. Sometimes, kids aren’t fans of plain lassi, even though it’s very healthy. But when you add mango, they’ll happily drink it for the delicious flavor!

Sometimes, kids aren’t fans of plain lassi, even though it’s very healthy. But when you add mango, they’ll happily drink it for the delicious flavor!

Wash and peel the ripe mango, then cut it into small pieces. Set aside the fresh yogurt.

Mix the yogurt with sugar and add the cardamom pods. Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.

If the mixture is too thick, add a little milk and blend again until you reach your desired consistency. Your mango lassi is now ready.

Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh cream, rabri (if available), candied fruit, and mixed nuts. For an extra treat, add a scoop of ice cream and serve chilled.
