  • 1 cupmakhana
  • 1lit milk
  • 1 cupfresh cream
  • 1 tbspmilk powder
  • as required Chopped dry fruits

    Grind makhane coarsely

    In a pan, add ghee, roast makhane for 5 min, add milk

  3. 3

    Add sugar, milk powder

  4. 4

    Fresh cream

  5. 5

    Cook for 10 min on low flame

  6. 6

    Kheer is ready
