Ingredients

  1. 200 Ml.Milk
  2. 1/2 cupbloted Ramdana/Rajgira
  3. 1/2 cuproasted FoxNut/lotus seeds/ Makhana
  4. 5chopped cashews (roasted)
  5. 5chopped almonds (roasted)
  6. 15-20Raisins
  7. 3-4saffron threads
  8. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  9. 1 tspfinely chopped dry fruits (for garnishing)
  10. 25 gmor to taste sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add milk, boil it on medium heat.

    Slow down the flame. Add Fox Nut/makhana and cook it. Stir and add Ramdana/Rajgira, cardamom powder and saffron threads mixed a minute later. Cook the KHEER for 4-5 minutes on the recession flame. Mix sugar, cashews, almonds and cook for 2 minutes. Switch off the gas. Put the KHEER in the serving bowls. Garnish with finely chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder.
