Ingredients

4 servings
  • 330 gpasta (Chifferi Rigati n’33)
  • 300 gmushrooms, slices
  • 250 ggraviera cheese
  • 15 gButter
  • 1 tspGarlic granules
  • 1 tspdried Thyme
  • 5 slicesSmoked ham
  • 300 mlcream
  • 50 mlmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the pasta

    Melt butter in a frying pan, add mushrooms. When liquid comes out add the garlic and thyme Continue heating as liquid has gone.

    Cut up ham into squares ~2cm

    Butter dish then add the pasta when cooked

    Add all the mushrooms and ham, and half the cheese then mix

    Cover with the remaining cheese and pour on the cream and milk mix

    Cook at 180oC for 20min
