Steps

In pan heat ghee roast vermicelli golden brown keep aside. In large pan heat milk mix kesar roasted Vermecili sugar boiled and cook.

In small bowl take custered powder and 1/2 cup milk make slurry add in milk stir continuesly cook till creamy. Switch off flame when it comes on room temperature.

Refrigerator for 2hours Take tall glass add basil seeds remove from water chilled custard tutty fruity and jelly pieses.

Serve chilled.
