Ingredients

  • 8Skinless, Boneless Chicken Thighs
  • For the marinade:
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 TbspVegetable Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • For The Sauce:
  • 1/2 CupTahini Paste
  • 1/2 CupPlain Yogurt
  • 2 clovesGarlic Crushed
  • 2 tspLemon Juice
  • 2 tspOlive oil
  • Salt & Pepper as per taste
  • For Platting:
  • 4Tomatoes Thinly Sliced
  • 1 MediumOnion (Sliced)
  • 1 BunchLettuce
  • 1 PackTortilla Wraps

Steps

  1. 1

    In a glass baking dish, add vinegar, 1/4 cup yogurt, vegetable oil,salt, and pepper.

  2. 2

    Place the chicken thighs into the mixture and coat them well and cover with the lid and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  3. 3

    Bake or Fry Chicken, thinly slice.
    Mix all sauce ingredients.

  4. 4

    Cook tortilla bread on skittle,
    Spread over sauce,put sliced vegetables and chicken and wrap it.

  5. 5

    Cut into half and serve.
