Ingredients

40 minutes
Serves 4 servings
  1. 1onion
  2. 3bell peppers
  3. 4potatoes
  4. 1 handfulrice
  5. 1 jar(about 3/4 cup or 200 ml) mayonnaise
  6. 4 1/4 cupswater (1 liter)
  7. salt

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the chopped onion and bell peppers in the water for about 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add the potatoes, salt, and egg white. Stir and cook for another 20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. (You can also add a handful of rice, shrimp, fish, etc. if you like.)

  3. 3

    Make mayonnaise or place the store-bought mayonnaise in a bowl.

  4. 4

    Dissolve the mayonnaise in warm water and add it to the pot (remove from heat at this point).

Así que decidí dejarlas en el fichero de toda la vida.Sin embargo, cuando compré un altavoz inteligente Alexa y este podía leer las recetas que tenías publicadas en cookpad, decidí hacer el paso definitivo.Y este es el resultado. Aquí están las mejores recetas de mi madre, familiares y amigos queridos (algunas son de mi cosecha). Un recetario sencillo, de platos tradicionales de la mejor gastronomía gaditana.
