Boil the chopped onion and bell peppers in the water for about 20 minutes.

Add the potatoes, salt, and egg white. Stir and cook for another 20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. (You can also add a handful of rice, shrimp, fish, etc. if you like.)

Make mayonnaise or place the store-bought mayonnaise in a bowl.

Dissolve the mayonnaise in warm water and add it to the pot (remove from heat at this point).
