Ingredients

  • 1 Cupteekhy thick sev
  • 1/4 cupgrated khopra,
  • 1chopped onion,
  • 1tomato
  • 8-10garlic petals,
  • 1 tbspkhaskhas, pumpkin seeds each,
  • 2 tbspoil,
  • 1 tsprai,
  • 1/2 tsphaldi,
  • 1/2 tspmirchi powder
  • As Per Taste Salt
  • 1 tsp.Kitchen king masala
  • as required Some chopped coriander,

Steps

  1. 1

    In pan add little oil. Add garllc, tomato, onion, khopra, khaskhas, Saute 5 minutes then grind

  2. 2

    In pan add oil, rai.Add masala.Saute till oil separated. Add 1 cup water haldi, mirchi powder, salt, kitchen king masala.Boil 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander

  3. 3

    Add sev while serving
