Soak the glutinous rice for 15 minutes, then steam for 15 minutes.

In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Cook over medium heat until it just starts to simmer, then set aside.

Mix the steamed rice with the coconut milk mixture. Stir until the rice absorbs all the coconut milk, then cover and let it sit for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, stir again to combine.
