Cook the meat with spices and seasoning untill its tender. Add the already cooked gbomo and cook for ten more minutes, keep this aside.

Slice the onions, and keep aside too

Wash and remove the seeds from the peppers, blend it all,

Strain the blended peppers with a cheese cloth and keep aside.
Keep the strained liquid in your refrigerator for use in pepper soup. - 5
Bleach the palm oil, and let it cool down before opening the lid,

Now, add in the onions to the oil and fry on medium heat, add the iru or lucust beans and fry for 4mins

Add in the blended strained peppers and fry for 10 minutes,

Then add up the already cooked meat, gbomo, seasoning, boiled eggs and cryfish, and stir well, cover the pot and let it simmer for 10 minutes but stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and serve your ayamase stew is ready to be enjoyed,

Serve with ofada, or white rice,

Note:do not skip the bleaching palm oil, the unique and delicious 😋 taste comes from there.
