Ingredients

4 servings
  • 250grm. Karela
  • 2Onions vertically chopped
  • 1Onion,
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dhania, kalonji, jeera,
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, methi dana
  • 1 tsp oil.Rai,
  • 1 tsp salt,
  • 1/2 tsp haldi, mirchi powder
  • 2 tsp Sugar

Steps

0-30 mins
  1. 1

    Remove skin,& Make slices of karela. Saute 5-6 minutes in little oil.

  2. 2

    Fry vertically chopped onions.

  3. 3

    Dry roast dhania, jeera, kalaunji, methi, fennel seeds. Grind it.

  4. 4

    In pan add 1 tb. spoon. oil, rai.Add finely chopped onion, tomato

  5. 5

    Cook till soft. Add karela, haldi, mirchi powder, salt, sugar

  6. 6

    Add ground powder.fried onions. Saute 4-5 minutes
