Ingredients

Serves 5 servings
  1. 1small cauliflower
  2. Water
  3. 3eggs
  4. 1 teaspoonchicken bouillon powder (about 5 grams)
  5. Pinchblack pepper
  6. 2 tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce (or similar, about 30 ml)
  7. Salt, to taste
  8. 1 splashoil (about 4 tablespoons or 60 ml)

Steps

    Cut the cauliflower into small florets and soak them in salted water for 5 minutes. Rinse and boil in water until tender. Once cooked, drain in a colander and let sit for 5-10 minutes to release excess liquid.

    In a bowl, beat the eggs with the chicken bouillon, pepper, and sauce. Add the cauliflower and mix to coat.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the cauliflower with some of the egg mixture. Cook until set, then flip to cook the other side.
