Cut the cauliflower into small florets and soak them in salted water for 5 minutes. Rinse and boil in water until tender. Once cooked, drain in a colander and let sit for 5-10 minutes to release excess liquid.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the chicken bouillon, pepper, and sauce. Add the cauliflower and mix to coat.

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the cauliflower with some of the egg mixture. Cook until set, then flip to cook the other side.
