First of all, remove the seeds from Gunda and cut the mango into pieces, add salt and turmeric to it and leave it for 4 hours, then drain the water and let it dry for 1 hour

For Sambhar, mix Methi Kuriya and salt in a vessel, put asafoetida in it, heat oil in it and pour it, cover it for 1 minute, then when it cools down a little, add chilli and turmeric to it and mix well, Sambhar is ready
Tips
Now add oil to Gunda and mango and make Sambhar Keep it aside for 3 days, stirring it, then fill it in a jar.
After 4 days used aachar ..
