Bhindi masala (sabzi)

Firstly take a half kg bhindi n wash 2 to 3 times in a normal water n dry it, n cut in medium pieces, take above all the ingredients together.

Take a bhindi n coat with salt, turmeric powder, Kashmiri Lal powder, n lemon juice..

Mix it well and add besan n mix it nicely, heat the kadhai pour 2 tbsp oil, if oil is hot,

Add marinate bhindi mix it well n cook 5 to 10 minutes, after 10 minutes trasfer the bhindi into the other dish.

Now take all the ingredients together with fried bhindi, inthe same kadhai pour oil 5 to 6 tbsp add cumin seeds.

Add chopped onion n green chillies, salt n hing mix it well n cook till the onion colour change, now add chopped tomatoes.

Ginger garlic paste n mix it well n cook till d tomatoes soft.

Now add all the above dry masalas n mix it well n cook 5 minutes.

After that add curd n little water n mix it nicely n cook for five minutes.

Now add fried bhindi mix it well add some Coriander leaves.

And cover the lid n cook another 5 to 7 minutes, after that open the lid sprinkles some Coriander leaves, now our delicious healthy neutricious tasty n yummy bhindi masala sabzi is ready to serve,
