Scotch pancakes (drop scones)

Add dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix.

Add eggs and a splash of milk. Whisk to combine ingredients, adding a splash of milk at a time to create a smooth batter.

Add a spoonful of mixture to an oiled pan and fry on a medium heat until bubbles appear and the mixture dries lightly on top. Flip over gently to cook the other side until both are golden.

Serve warm or cold. Delicious served with fresh berries and warmed syrup or chocolate spread
