1pumpkin
500 gmjaggery
250 gmwheat flour
as required Cardamom powder
as required Nutmeg powder
as required Oil for frying

Wash and cut pumpkin into small pieces
2

Cook in pressure cooker by adding 2cups of water and 1/2tsp of salt
3

Mash cooked pumpkin, add wheat flour, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder
4

Mix well
5

Deep fry like regular pakore
6

Pumpkin sweet pakore are ready
