Oats,Almonds and Strawberry smoothie
A unique and very healthy recipe of smoothie which is very good as a Breakfast drink on the go and also as a filling dessert after meals in place of high calorie desserts. First, remove skins of almonds and chop them fine.

Then grind them along with soaked oats, 1.5 tablespoon honey and curd. Mix in 2 drops of vanilla essence. Keep aside in a bowl.

Then grind 1 tablespoon curd, strawberries and 1.5 tablespoon honey to a smooth paste. Mix in 2 to 3 drops of strawberry pink colour and a few drops of strawberry flavour to it.

To serve, pour first the oats layer in a glass and top with strawberry layer. Or you can interchange. Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve chilled. Enjoy!
