Add oil to the skillet. When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds. When they splutter, add curry leaves,onion, tomato fry until the onion starts to change color.

Then add rest of the vegetables (carrot, beans, cabbage) and saute for 2-3 minutes until they turn soft.

Add idli cut in bite size and stir with vegetables until properly combined continue to cook and keep stirring for 2 more minutes.

Add gram masala, red chilli powder, and salt and saute for 1 - 2 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leave and serve immediately.
