Otherwise known as drop scones, this is the gluten-free version, with fresh banana. Perfect for breakfast.
Steps

Mix dry ingredients then add the egg.

Mash one ripe banana with a fork. Add to bowl.

Pour in a splash of milk at a time, then whisk to combine, until the milk is all added and the batter is smooth.

Pour a spoonful of batter to an oiled frying pan. Flip over once bubbles appear and the top and the surface appears to dry.

Once cooked on both sides and golden, serve warm or cool. Delicious served with fresh berries.
