Bring to boil 3C Water with 1 sliced or diced Onion. Let boil 10min

Remove from heat and add Sugar, Vinegar, Garlic and Peppers. Stir to blend.

To Jar, add liquid and boiled eggs, amount to fit. Seal tight and store. Enjoy after minimim of 1 day, or even go beyond 7 days, to longer! Flavor is amazing!

This recipe made a quart and a pint. (Using 7 eggs for the pint, 9 eggs for quart)
