Measure and cut all the ingredients.

Sauté the garlic and ginger in the oils without browning. Add all the vegetables except the napa cabbage and stir-fry. Add 1 teaspoon of water to create a little steam. The vegetables should stay crisp-tender.

Add the napa cabbage and sauces, then mix well.

Heat through and serve immediately.
