Ingredients

PREP: 20 min STIR-FRY: 8 min
Serves 4 servings
  1. 1 tablespoonvegetable oil
  2. 2 teaspoonssesame oil
  3. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  4. 1 teaspoonginger, minced
  5. 3 1/3 cupscauliflower florets, blanched (about 340 grams / 12 oz)
  6. 1 1/2 cupsChinese eggplant, thickly sliced (about 230 grams / 8 oz)
  7. 1 cupcarrot, sliced
  8. 1/2 cupred bell pepper, diced
  9. 1 cupsugar snap peas or snow peas
  10. 1 cupnapa cabbage, chopped
  11. Sauce
  12. 1 tablespoonhoisin sauce
  13. 1 tablespoonChinese oyster sauce
  14. 1 teaspoonsoy sauce

Steps

PREP: 20 min STIR-FRY: 8 min
  1. 1

    Measure and cut all the ingredients.

    Sauté the garlic and ginger in the oils without browning. Add all the vegetables except the napa cabbage and stir-fry. Add 1 teaspoon of water to create a little steam. The vegetables should stay crisp-tender.

    Add the napa cabbage and sauces, then mix well.

    Heat through and serve immediately.
