Take ragi flour in a pan add water, whisk it without any lumps.. cook it on low flame for about 8-9 minutes until it's thick and shining..don't forget to stir continuously...prepare buttermilk out of curd....

Turn off the stove, cool it down, once it's cooled down add buttermilk, salt & cumin powder mix well..

Transfer it to serving glass, garnish with cumin powder,a pinch of chilli powder & mint leaves...your healthy refreshing ragi buttermilk is ready...
