  • 300 gbean sprouts
  • 50 gcarrot
  • 2 slicesraw-shiiatke mushrooms
  • 1 table spoonbutter
  • ★2 table spoons miso
  • ★4 tea spoons sugar
  • ★4 tea spoons Cooking-sake

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove beard root from bean sprouts. Cut Carrot and shiitake into shreds after removing the stalks.

  2. 2

    Melt butter on frying-pan. After that, stir fry bean sprouts, carrot, and shiitake. Once they're soft, add "★".Boil off excess liquid with heat.
