Steps
- 1
Soak rice and dal separately for 5-6 hours.
- 2
Next day give it a light mix and if the batter looks very thick, then add some water. Also stir in some salt as well. Heat a heavy iron griddle or a non-stick dosa pan.
- 3
Pour a ladleful of the batter in the centre and spread it in a clockwise motion. Drizzle ghee on the edges of the dosa and a little on top of it. On a medium flame, cook it until crisp.
- 4
Make all in the same way and store the leftover batter in the refrigerator for later use.
Serve this ghee dosa with coconut tamarind chutney and Aloo masala sabzi. Or even on it's own. It tastes just as awesome. Yum!
