Steps
- 1
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and diagonally into 5mm pieces. Then season it with a pinch of salt and a dash of the chicken stock powder. At the same time, break the eggs and beat them lightly and season them with a dash of salt.
- 2
Heat a teaspoon of the sesame oil on a frying pan and stir-fry the eggs until they are fluffy, then remove from the pan.
- 3
Clean the pan, pour a teaspoon of the sesame oil, and add the grated ginger(be careful, it will splash!). Also add the cucumber and stir-fry over medium heat.
- 4
When the cucumber starts to soften, add the oyster sauce or the soy sauce and the sweet rice wine to taste, then add the egg to the frying pan to mix.
