Wash the potatoes well, boil or steam (or wrap it in plastic wrap and microwave). Peel while hot, and crush roughly.

Cut the carrots into quarter slices, and heat them thoroughly with potatoes.

Rub salt on cucumber, cut it in thin slices and pat dry.
- 4
Put 1~3 and soybeans in a bowl, season with mayonnaise and pepper, and serve on a plate.
