Ingredients

4 servings
  • 200 gCabbage
  • 50 gCucumber
  • 40 gGreen pepper
  • 40 gRed bell pepper
  • ★1 tsp Sesame oil
  • ★2 tbsp Vinegar
  • ★2 tsp Soy sauce
  • ★1/3 tsp Salt
  • ★4 tsp Sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut cabbage into 3 cm cubes, cut cucumbers into 4-6 strips, and cut them into 3 cm pieces. Cut the green pepper and red pepper size with cucumber.

    Mix "★" in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Heat the cabbage and green pepper for 2 minutes in microwave, then drain off the water and put in a plastic bag. Add 2 and mix well to blend the flavors.

  4. 4

    Once it cools, add the cucumber and red pepper and let the flavors blend.
