Grind all whole masala.
Wash meat and marinate with salt,red chilies, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, slice tomatoes & 1 tbsp vinegar, 4 tbsp Tikka masala. Marinate for two hours. Give coal smoke to chicken it's optional. - 2
Heat oil fry onion slices till golden add Adrak lahsan and half tsp kala zeera add chicken with masala and mix well cook in medium flame until chicken cook properly. Now add coriander and mint leaves, green chillies and squeeze lemon juice.

Boil rice with taiz ptta and salt. Cook until rice done 90 percent. Drain the water and keep rice aside.
In big pot layer biryani.
Add zarda color mix in 2 tbsp milk.

If you want it look like daigi biryani then in pot put whole cooked chicken masala first then layer with plain rice. Drizzle.zarda color mix. Give dum for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with raita and salad.
