Ingredients

  • 250 gminced beef
  • 1 packtofu
  • 1 stalkspring onion
  • Black pepper
  • Halfwhite onion
  • 1 tspsoy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate beef with soy sauce and black pepper set aside.

  2. 2

    In a heated pan with oil. Sautee onion until soft. Then the beef, stir fry until the color of beef changes.

  3. 3

    Add a little water to simmer. Cook until soft then add tofu.Cover and cook the tofu. Season it according to your taste.
