In a Kadai add water and jaggery. Boil it till the jaggery dissolves and it should be thick in consistency.. Switch off the flame. Then add rice flour as needed. Add poppy seeds.

Mix..it well and knead a semi stiff dough...Once it is done cool it and keep aside. Heat oil and ghee in a Kadai. The oil should be hot...Apply oil in your palm. Take a small ball from the dough. Make a round in shape press it with your fingers. Don't make it thin. It should be medium.

Sliw the frame. Fry it batch wise..Till it is golden brown in color both the sides..or it should fry properly..Once it is done. Transfer to a kitchen paper..

Serve as a sweet and desserts...
