AssalamoAlikum,a very Happy Eid Mubarak to my cookpad family😊,made this cake on EID DAY.I made 3 separate layers,which would be total 18 eggs cake,weighing 5 to 6 lbs..This is the recipe for single layer.

AssalamoAlikum,a very Happy Eid Mubarak to my cookpad family😊,made this cake on EID DAY.I made 3 separate layers,which would be total 18 eggs cake,weighing 5 to 6 lbs..This is the recipe for single layer.
Steps

Separate the egg whites from egg yolk

Beat egg whites at high speed of an electric beater until fully fluffy

Add oil and milk mixture in egg yolks.Add oil and milk mixture in egg yolks

Fold the egg whites completely in egg yolks..Add flour in the last and fold the batter.Preheat the oven to 170C and pour the mixture in a baking big circular pan lined with baking paper

Bake it for 25 minutes.Check it with a toothpick.Cool the cake.

First pour sugar syrup by adding sugar in water and dissolve and then apply whipped cream

Spread whipped cream and then cook tail and pineapple chunks

Again put second layer on first layer and repeat the process

Put third cake,and repeat.Start decorating it with yellow food color

Make flowers with pink color.Leaves with green color

Decorate it and write Eid Mubarak
