Take a kahadi to that add oil in it. Let it get well cooked for 1 minutes. Then add chopped onion add sauté it for 2 minutes till it turns golden brown in colour.
When onions get cooked, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix it all well. Then add chopped bindhi and aloo to it. Again mix it all well. - 2
Cook it for at least 20 minutes on a low flame till the aloo gets fully cooked and bindhi becomes soften.
Then serve it in a bowl and enjoy it with chapattis.
