The most healthy way to enjoy Summer fruits and veggies is to make a Raita. One can make Raita of most ingredients - I chose Papaya which is freshly plucked from my garden
Steps

Wash the papaya and peel and cut it into lengths. Grate on a grater, and set aside to a bowl.

Add hot water to a wok add the grated papaya and bring it to boil for 5 mins. The level of water should be 1/2” from the papaya.

Drain and set aside. In a wok heat oil and add mustard seeds, when it splutters add boiled papaya and cook for 2 mins, set aside.

In a bowl add yogurt and whisk well, add boiled papaya and mix well.

Add red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder, chopped green chilies, and salt. Whisk well.

Add to a bowl.

Plate and garnish with red chili powder and chopped green chilies. Enjoy!
