Preheat oven to 325 degrees F

Rub the Spicy Mocha Salt Mixture onto both sides of the pork chops, a little goes a long way in terms of spice

Place pork chops on a foil lined shallow baking dish and bake on middle rack at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, turning over after 15 minutes.

Move the pork chops to the top rack with the oven on broil for 5 to 7 mins.

Remove the chops from the oven and let them rest for 5 mins before serving. Enjoy!
