Tuna Melt

Super quick easy and filling lunch. I like using alioli instead of mayonnaise, and also add some capers to the mix.
Tuna Melt
Super quick easy and filling lunch. I like using alioli instead of mayonnaise, and also add some capers to the mix.
Steps
- 1
Toast in the toaster, and pre-heat the your grill.
- 2
Mix your tuna and mayonnaise, and slice 1/4 red onion as finely as you possibly can, and add to the mixture.
- 3
Lightly butter your toast, spoon the tuna mixture on top, and cover generously with cheese.
- 4
Depending on your grill, this will only take 1-2 minutes, so watch carefully as it can burn so quickly! Chop up some parsley and you are good to go.
