Making Homemade Yogurt since many years . Today I am sharing one new recipe of making meetha, mazaidaar dahi .

Steps

Boil milk & when it is boiled make flame low,

Mix corn flour and dry milk powder with little milk & add in boiling milk slowly & stir continuously.

Remove from flame & let it cool down 60%

Take matti ka koonda & add 1 tbsp yogurt mix with little milk.

Now pour warm not hot milk from height. Mix nicely.

Keep in microwave to settle completely for 2 hours 30 minutes.

If you want to make it within 2 hours then take big pot, daigchi OR karahi & make it very hot on fire. Remove from heat & put matti ka koonda in it. Cover properly and keep on kitchen counter. This process help your yogurt to settle within 2 hours.

Keep in fridge foa 1/2 an hour then consume.
