4 tablespoonsHummus
1 tablespoonOil *e.g. Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, etc
1/2 tablespoonWhite Wine Vinegar OR Lemon Juice *OR Vinegar of your choice
1-2 pinchesSalt

Combine all ingredients. Alter the amount of Salt to suit your taste.

*Note: This dressing is quite thick. If you want to make it thinner, add some Cold Water rather than more Oil OR more Vinegar.
