For sugar syrup, take a pan and add sugar and water in it and heat it and make a one string sugar syrup.

In a plate take khoya and mash it with hands completely.

Now add paneer, maida, corn flour, sooji and wheat flour and Mash it with you hands for 15-20 minutes or until it become soft.

Now add elaichi powder and mix. Or you can add elaichi powder in sugar syrup as well.

Now take 2 tablespoon of khoya mixture in a bowl in two portion. Mix orange colour in one and add green in another and also add chopped dry fruits in both and mix.

Now take small portion of khoya mixture. Make a bowl shape add orange and green khoya mixture and make a ball.

Likewise make all the balls.

Now deep fry these balls in medium low flame until it become brown.

Take out balls from kadhai when done and put this in sugar syrup.

When done with all, leave them for half an hour.

Enjoy chilled or warm as you like.
