Mix the egg, sugar, salt and flavor in a bowl

In a large bowl add your groundnut

Sift your flour and keep it aside

Add little portion of your egg mixture into the groundnut and mix

Sprinkle the flour onto the groundnut and shake the bowl,
Add the egg again and mix, sprinkle the flour and shake the bowl. - 6
Repeat the process until the groundnuts are coated
