Ingredients

1hr 30min
8 to 10 serving
  • Zobo leave 1/2 rubber
  • 3 litreswater
  • bunchPine apple I
  • Water Mellon quarter size
  • 6 piecesOranges
  • 15 piecesDate
  • Ginger 2fingers
  • Sugar to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Put a pot on fire and then add the zobo leave and boil.

  2. 2

    Cut all your fruits removed the seeds and the blend them together

  3. 3

    The date must be soaked a day before so that it can blend properly, but if you have a food processor then you might not need

  4. 4

    Remove the zobo on fire and sieve the leave away from the liquid.

  5. 5

    Add in all the fruit that you have blended without seiving them to the zobo liquid Including the ginger.

  6. 6

    Then taste it to see if it needs sugar, if not you can leave it but if you want to make it sweeter you can add sugar to the liquid before it becomes cold.

  7. 7

    Seive the whole liquid again to remove all particles that remains.

  8. 8

    Pour into a bottle and store in the refrigerator, it is served chilled with any snack available.
