  • 2 glassesmilk
  • 2-3 tbsphoney

    Wash and clean jackfruit pods

  2. 2

    Remove seeds

  3. 3

    Cut in small pieces

  4. 4

    Transfer in a mixer jar

  5. 5

    Add honey

  6. 6

    Blend to make smooth paste

  7. 7

    Now add milk

  8. 8

    Blend again till homogeneous mixture form

  9. 9

    Jackfruit Smoothie is ready to serve
