1/2 cupcurd some water. Mix. Keep 6-7 hours
1 tspginger, green chilli paste
1/2 tsphaldi powder
as per taste Salt
2 tbspsugar
as per taste Tadka- oil, rai. Chopped coriander for garnish

Mix besan g. chilli paste, eno, sugar, salt.properly.

Grease dhokla pan.Pour batter. Cook 15-20 minutes

When cools cut into square pieces. Give tadka.Garnish with coriander
